Students having log-in (not other applications) difficulties on network computers should report problems to the IT help desk in the Chester building - where the problem may be immediately fixable, rather than going via a member of staff. This will help with the monitoring of continuing problems. Problems with applications (not opening, not able to save etc. should report these by email with full details to a member of teaching staff who will then report the problem). Thank you.
