It is important not to use excessive disk space for your websites. Only files that are required for the functionally of the website should be stored on the server - do not use your website as a storage area! 150 MB is the current limit.

Any excessive or inappropriate file will be removed.


Note to (mainly) Level 1 students
You should not have any of these on the server:

.psd images (images should usually be .jpg, .png or .gif)
video (if you really want more than a small amount of video tell us.)
Director (.dir) files (Don't just shockwave your Director movies and put them on your site. Unless they have been especially prepared for web viewing they will be TOO BIG!
.exe files
Anything that you do not need for your website.

If your site is more than a few MB in size -you are probably doing something wrong
